摘要
目的 :观察咳安含片的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机单盲法 ,对照观察了咳安含片与川贝枇杷糖浆对风热咳嗽和燥热咳嗽的临床疗效。结果 :咳安含片组总有效率为 99% ,其中显效率为 97% ,川贝枇杷糖浆组总有效率为90 % ,其中显效率为 76 %。其差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To observe the c li nical effects of Ke An buccal tablets. Methods: Clinical effects of Ke An buccal tablets and the syrup on cough due to pathogenic wint_heat and dry_heat at the single blind random. Results: The total effecti ve rate Ke An buccal tablet was 99%,47% of which received the remarkable effent, while the total effective rate of Fritillary Folium Eriobotryae syrap was 90%, 76% rat which received the remarkable effect, so there was significant statistic al difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ke An buccal tablets has a better effect than the syrup in treating cough
