摘要
对带微处理器电路的故障测试一般采用仿真测试的方法,为使故障测试系统能够测试带各种类型微处理器的电路,采用通用总线仿真技术,本文设计了一种基于VXI总线结构的通用总线仿真器,测试实验证明它能满足对带微处理器电路的各项测试要求.因此,可以用来组建带微处理器电路的自动测试系统.
Simulation test is commonly used for fault test of microprocessor circuits. In this paper, universal bus emulation technology is used to design a VXI universal bus emulator to make the fault test system test diversified microprocessor circuits. The test results show that the emulator can meet various requirement for the microprocessor circuits test. Therefore, the universal bus emulator can be used to establish automatic test system of microprocessor circuits.
