摘要
对Cu-W-Ni-C与Ag-ZnO_(10)触头材料的性能进行了对比和研究。在相对密度相同时,Cu-W-Ni-C材料的电阻率与Ag-ZnO_(10)材料的电阻率接近,而硬度高于Ag-ZnO_(10)材料的硬度。温升和通断能力试验结果表明;Cu-W-Ni-C材料在电力机车电器上完全可替代Ag-ZnO_(10)材料。
Properties of Cu-W-Ni-C and Ag-ZnO_(10) contact materials were compared and investigated. The relative density and resistivity of Cu-W-Ni-C contact material are similar to the AgZnO_(10) contact material, but the hardness of Cu-W-Ni-C contact material is higher than that of Ag-ZnO_(10) contact material. The results of the ceomperature-rist test and the turn-on and turn-off capability indicate that Cu-W-Ni-C contact material can reptace Ag-ZnO_(10) contact material in clectric locomotive's.
