摘要
通过对不同纤维体积分数的炭/炭复合材料进行力学性能,导热、导电性能试验,分析了纤维体积分数对炭/炭复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,初始坯体的纤维体积分数对炭/炭复合材料的力学性能影响较大;导热、导电性能则与材料内部结构有关而与纤维体积分数的关系不大.当预制坯体的纤维体积分数在25%~30%时,炭/炭复合材料的力学、导热、导电性能为最好.
The effects of fibre volume fraction on performances of C/C composite were studied through the sam-ple tests of various fibre volume fractions. The results show that the original fibre volume fraction hasgreat effects on the mechanical performance of C/C composite while has little effects on thermal conducti-vity and electrical conductivity, the inner construction of composite has much influence on the conductivi-ty. The original proper fibre volume fraction is between 25% and 30%.
