紫外分光光度法测定烫伤油膏中呋喃西林的含量

摘要 目的:建立烫伤油膏中呋喃西林的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在波长(375±1)nm处测定制剂中呋喃西林的含量。结果:在4.28μgmL~8.56μgmL浓度范围内,呋喃西林在波长(375±1)nm处与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.6%,RSD为0.33%。结论:本法用于该制剂的质量控制简单、准确。 Objective:To develop a method for determination of Furacillini content in Scald Ointment.Methods:UV spectrophotometry of Furacillini at(375±1)nm was caculated for the assay.Results:There was a good linear relation between Furacillini content and Abs in the range of 4.28μgmL~8.56μgmL(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.9% with RSD of 0.52%.Conclusion:The developed method is simple and accurate without interference from Dyclonine and Ointment,which could be used in the quality control of this product.
