摘要
目的:指导临床合理应用抗菌药物,提高医疗质量。方法:通过临床药师参与临床用药督导,对不合理应用抗菌药物的病例进行分析、汇总、反馈,使患者能够安全、有效、经济、合理用药。结果:据我院临床2003年1月～12月抗菌药物应用情况的分析结果可知,抗菌药物在我院临床药物的应用中占51%,其中抗菌药物的不合理应用占该类药物的10%。因此,医院应加大临床用药督导力度,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。结论:临床药师参与临床用药非常必要。
Objective:To surpervise clinical reasonable application of antibacterials and improve medical treatment quality.Methods:To make a survey of the situation of clinical application of antimicrobials during the period Jan～dec 2003 after supervison of clinical pharmacist,typical cases of clinical unreasonable using antibacterials were analysized to make patients receive antimicrobials safely,effectively,economicly and reasonably.Results:51% patients had received antimicrobials,and the rate of unreasonable application of antimicrobials was 10%.Conclusion:It is very necessary for clinical pharmacist to strengthen the supervison of clinical using antimicrobials.
