摘要
抗战时期 ,中共中央高度重视干部教育。敌后抗日根据地干部教育分为在职干部教育与学校干部教育。抗日根据地的干部教育具有鲜明的时代特点。干部教育的开展取得巨大的成就 。
During the Anti Japanese war,the CPC Central Committee devoted much attention to the education of cadres,there were many sided reasons why the cadres' education was given the first priority;In the enemy's rear area,the cadres's education was offered at school and in work.Because of the war,the kind of education had a lot of distinctive traits of that era.It made great contributions,and had fixed limitation because of the limits of that era.
