摘要
本文针对云南省5所本科院校试办高水平运动队近四年的现状进行调查、分析与比较,并对今后的试办工作提出建议,目的是为普通高校办好高水平运动队献计献策,以促进其健康有序地发展,早日实现云南大学生竞技体育在国内领先,走向世界大学生运动会的战略目标。
This paper obtains material from investigation, analyses the management under present mechanism, compares the differences between China and other countries, reveals problems hidden in our colleges and management constructions, and at last puts forward a creative plan to improve our work in future.
