摘要
探讨了经济全球化背景下 ,企业为获取竞争的优势纷纷采取跨国兼并、投资、经营等战略 ,作为规划企业战略发展的 HRM在管理上面临着因文化差异所带来的各种管理危机 ;企业 HRM针对各种跨文化管理危机产生的原因 ,提出相应对策 ,实行危机管理。
Under the background of economic globalization,enterprises take some measures,such as multinational amalgamation,investment,etc.in order to gain competitive advantage.Being a decision-maker,HRM has to face lots of crises in cross-culture management.HRM should take relevant countermeasures and carry out crisis management according to the causes of management crisis in cross-cultures.
