摘要
介绍了新一代水井钻机全液压顶驱式动力头的性能参数、结构特点、传动与控制方案,并从满足钻进工艺、保护钻杆接头螺纹、工作可靠性、操纵灵活性等方面介绍了该部件的设计思路及研制过程。
This paper describes the main parameters,structure features and control method of a modern hydraulic top-drive. Such issues as how to meet the drilling techniques,rod screw protection,functional reliability and yarage were discussed as well.
