摘要
分析了污水回用前的水质及其影响因素,提出了污水处理回用工艺方案,通过加强车间生产工艺的管理和污水处理工艺参数的调整与强化管理,使处理水达到循环水和杂用水标准,作为循环冷却系统补充水和杂用水使用,收到良好的效果。
This paper analyses water quality and influencing factors before the sewage is reused,puts forward the option of sewage treatment and recycling process.Management of production process is strengthened in the workshops and sewage treatment parameters are rejusted.The treated sewage can reach circulated water standard and miscellaneous water standard and can be used as supplementary water and miscellaneous water in the circulated cooling water system. A good result has been obtained.
