血小板在凝血中作用的动力学模型

Dynamic Model for Roles of Platelet in Blood Coagulation

摘要 在生化实验的基础上提出了血小板在凝血中作用的动力学模型,通过定性分析和数值模拟,得到了血小板的激活比率、因子Ⅷ、Ⅸ对凝血酶生成有重要影响的一系列结论. In this paper, provides a dynamic model about the action of platelets in blood coagulation on the basis of biochemical experiments. It also gives a series of conclusions, through analysis and mathematical simulation, about the important influence of the rate of activation and factor VIII, IX on generation of thrombin.
