摘要
本文对西部传统物资企业如何向现代物流企业转变进行了研究 ,在对企业经营环境分析的基础上 ,运用SWOT分析法 ,指出当前西部传统物资企业应该利用当前有利时机转变经营理念 ,进行循序渐进的现代物流改革 ,积极向第三方物流的角色转变。与此同时 ,加大企业的营销力度 ,拓展企业的生存空间 ,提高企业的竞争力。
This paper discusses how to develop a traditional material enterprise into a modern logistics company. According to the outer and internal condition, the paper points out that it's the very time for western traditional material enterprises to adopt modern logistics idea and transforms itself into the modern third party logistics company step by step. On the other hand, western enterprises should also strengthen their marketing management, widen their market space, and enhance their competitive capability.
