摘要
回顾了学院工会工作 15年以来的光辉里程。院工会认真贯彻工会工作的总体思路 ,全面履行工会四项职能 ,为学院改革、发展、稳定做出了贡献。根据当前教育改革与发展的形势 ,结合学院实际 ,探索了当前和今后一个时期内学院工会工作的思路。
This article consists of two parts. The first part reviews the work of the workers' union of the past fifteen years, and the second part casts prospect for the workers' union in the future. In view of the educational reform and development under new circumstances, a new line of thinking is proposed hereof.
