摘要
经济特区应该充分利用自身的授权立法优势,率先构建符合 WTO 规则的金融法律制度体系,为国内金融市场的发展作出有益的探索。
The Special Economic Zone shall make full use of its privilege of being authorized to its own local laws to pioneer in making a stoics of financial laws appropriate for the WTO principles so as to pave a beneficial way for the de- velopment of the domestic financial market.
