摘要
目的 研究类风湿性关节炎(RA)活动期外周血活化T淋巴细胞的水平。方法 采用免疫荧光染色法和流式细胞仪检测20例RA患者及11例正常人外周血CD4+、CD134+及CD4+CD134+的细胞数。结果 正常组CD4+细胞数(28.85±1.52)%,CD134+细胞数(9.55±0.59)%,CD4+CD134+细胞数(6.72±0.48)%;RA组CD4+细胞数(34.39±1.33)%,CD134+细胞数(15.92±1.14)%,CD4+CD134+细胞数(10.11±0.71)%。两组比较,差异均有显著性(PCD4=0.0140、PCD134=0.0004、PCD4CD134=0.0025)。结论 活化T淋巴细胞水平在RA活动期升高,可以使我们进一步了解其作用机理,对RA的防治具有重要意义。
Objective To study the level of activated T lymphocytes in active stage of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods The expression of CD4 and CD134 in 20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and in 11 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry and specific monoclonal antibodies against CD4 and CD134.The CD4 positive, CD134 positive and CD4CD134 double positive cell numbers in the peripheral blood were calculated. Results In normal group: the positive rate of CD4 was (28.85±1.52)%, CD134 positive rate was (9.55±0.59)% ,and CD4CD134 double positive rate was (6.72±0.48)% .In RA group,CD4 positive rate was (34.39±1.33)%,CD134 positive rate was (15.92±1.14)% ,CD4CD134 double positive rate was(10.11±0.71)% . The data show significant difference: PCD4 = 0.0140, PCD134 = 0.0004, PCD4CD134 = 0.0025. Conclusion The level of activated T lymphocytes increased in active stage of rheumatoid arthritis. This study suggested that cellular immunity state might play a role in the pathogenesis of RA. Further study on cellular immunity in the pathogenesis of RA might be helpful for the development of ra-tionalble treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.
