摘要
目的 探讨尿毒症并顽固性腹水行密闭自身回输的效果,以求迅速解除腹水压迫,维持血液净化治疗中血压稳定,提高患者生活质量。方法 对23倒尿毒症并顽固性腹水患者,在血液透析(HD)及血液滤过(HF)治疗时,同步进行密闭自身腹水回输,并观察腹水回输前后的临床表现、血白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氦变化及副反应发生情况。共进行腹水回输172人次。结果 23例患者中,13例显效(52.2％),7例有效(30.4％),3例疗效差(13.0％)。结论 应用血液净化同步进行腹水回输是一种简单、安全、不增加患者费用的有效治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of ascites retrieving by hemodialysis (HD) or hemofiltration (HF) on uretnic palients with persistent ascites. Methods 23 uremic patients with ascites were treated by the ascites retrieving through the blood pump of hemodialysis or hemofiltration. Their symptoms, serum albu-min, blood urea nitrogen and its complications were observed before and after ascites retrieving. Results In 23 cases, 13 patients (52.2%) were found effective obviously; 7 patients (30.4%) effective and 3 patients (13.0% ) ineffective. Conclusions Ascites retrieving through HD or HF is a simple safe and effective treat-ment for the uremic patients with ascites.
