摘要
在知识经济的新时期,档案工作者应具备合格的思想政治素质、优良的职业道德素质和扎实的专业知识素质。同时提出档案工作者应该主要从增强服务意识、增强学习意识、增强法制观念等方面来全面提高自身综合素质,以适应档案工作的新特点。
In the new era of knowledge economy,archivists should have the following qualities: qualified ideological and political consciousness,excellent professional ethics and profound professional knowledge.Besides,they should constantly improve their comprehensive quality mainly by strengthening their service and study awareness and legal sense in order to meet the higher requirements of the filing work in the new era.
