摘要
学习型组织为扁平型结构,该结构模式相比其它组织结构具有组织层次明显减少、组织机构人员更为精练、降低信息失真度、加快信息传递速度等优势。这对于组织的整体发展具有积极的促进作用。大学学术组织的自身逻辑与学习型组织的结构模式具有一致性,可以借鉴学习型组织结构对大学学术组织实行组织结构扁平化、实施组织权力的分享以及重构学术组织细胞。
Learning-type organization is of a flat structure,which,compared with other organizations,has the advantage of apparently less organizational level,selected personnel,less distortion of information,quickening pace of spreading information,etc.That will play an active role in promoting the overall development of the organization.The inner logic of the academic organization in colleges is consistent with the structural pattern of the learning-type organization.Therefore,by drawing on the structural pattern,we can make the academic organization flat-typed,share the organizational power and reconstruct the cells of the academic organization.
