Discusses the necessity and probability of rebuilding the electrical control system of CB3463 semiautomatic lathe, puts forward the project of the improvement of the system by the method of PLC, introduces some improvement methods combining with the practice, puts out the principles of PLC selection, draws the hardware circuit and software flowchart.
