摘要 目的 回顾性分析 6例体外循环心内直视术后并发灌注肺的机械通气治疗经验。 方法 采用传统的机械通气模式 3例 ,采用肺保护性机械通气方案 3例。 结果 传统的机械通气组死亡 1例 ,肺保护性机械通气组全部存活。 结论 肺保护性机械通气方案优于传统的机械通气模式 ,它能有效地防治呼吸机相关性肺损伤 。 Objective To review the experience in mechanical ventilation in 6 post perfusion lung cases after open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. Method Traditional mechanical ventilation models were performed in 3 cases and lung protective mechanical ventilation models were used in the other 3 cases. Result The perioperative mortality was 33.3%(1/3) in the traditional mechanical ventilation group, and there was no death in the other group. Conclusion Lung protective mechanical ventilation models have advantages superior to that of traditional mechanical ventilation models, which have less ventilator induced lung injury and is beneficial to post perfusion lung patients.
