摘要
目的 探讨外伤性掌骨缺损的显微外科治疗。方法 应用足背动脉蒂第二跖骨移植 15例 ,其中合并第三跖骨移植 5例 (含骨皮瓣 13例 ) ;旋髂深动脉蒂的髂骨瓣移植 2 0例 (含骨皮瓣 2例 ) ;旋髂浅动脉蒂的髂骨皮瓣 1例 ;旋肩胛动脉蒂的肩胛骨瓣移植 10例 (含骨皮瓣 6例 )治疗创伤引起的各类掌骨缺损。结果 骨瓣平均骨愈合时间 2～ 3个月 ,修复效果良好。
Objective To discuss the treatm ent of traumatic metacarpal defect.M etho ds 15 cases of the second metatarsal wit h dorsum vessel pedicles,combined with 5 cases of the third metatarsal(including 13 cases of bone and skin composite gra ft);20 cases of iliac with deep circumfl e x iliac vessel pedicles(including 2 case s of composite graft);1 case of iliac co m posite graft with superficial circumflex iliac vessel pedicles;10 cases of scapu la wit h circumflex scapular vessel pedicles(in cluding 6 cases of composite graft)were transplanted to repair the metacarpal de fect caused by trauma.Results Th e bone union time was 2～3 months,the eff ect was satisfactory.Conclusion According to the degree of the defect,selecting prop er bone graft can achieve good r esult.
