摘要
经济全球化是人类社会发展的历史必然 ,且导致了跨文化管理的必然性。对此 ,我们应该有清醒的认识 。
Economic globalization is the inexorable trend in the advance of history; and thus brings about the cross-culture management. We should be aware of it so that we can set up correct premise and basis to deal with the problems in the course of it.
