摘要
论述了基于信息网络平台的数字视频远程监控系统的结构、功能和关键技术 ,并给出了构建该类系统时应注意的问题和采取的措施 。
This paper discusses the structure, function and key techniques of remote digital video supervision system, which based on computer information network. Then it points out the constructing this system's problems and adopting measures, which has important theoretical and guiding function for this kind of system.
