摘要
世纪之交 ,科学技术突飞猛进 ,知识经济形态日趋凸现 ,教育日益成为对国民经济发展具有全局性、先导性引响的基础产业。高校图书馆应转变观念 ,深化改革 。
At the turn of the century, science and technology develop rapidly, knowledge economy has come into being, and education has gradually become a basic industry which can totally influence the national economy development. Libraries in colleges and universities should change their ideas and deepen reform to be suitable for the developmental tendency of the industrialization of education.
