摘要
结合独立学院毕业生的思想状况,分析了独立学院学生构建全程性的就业指导体系的实效性,在论证就业指导工作与教育教学改革的辩证关系的基础上,为切实加强和改进独立学院学生就业指导工作提供了可行性建议。
According to the reality of students in Independent College, we explain what moods graduates from Independent College may have when employment approaches, analyze the practicability of effectively connecting their employment advice with several other aspects related to students' cultivation, and confirm the dialectical relationship between employment advice and educational reform in this paper, which may offer some applicable suggestions to strengthen and improve the employment advice work for students in Independent College.
