摘要
绿色虚拟企业是面向产品寿命周期的全过程绿色化的企业动态联盟。其运行机制是各成员在保留各自的核心能力的同时,实现业务分包。考核指标有:企业绿色增加值增长率;企业绿色全员劳动生产率;企业绿色总资产利用率。
Green virtual corporation is a king of dynamic ally which faces the life-span of products in the whole process of greenization.The operation mechanism is that all members retain their core ability respectively,then make production contracts.The indexes for evaluation are as follows:the growth rate of enterprise green increase value,the labor productivity of enterprise green members,the total capital utilization ratio of enterprise green.
