摘要
诉讼效率是程序公正的必然要求,也是衡量程序公正的一项重要标准。程序公正原则要求通过程序设计,提高诉讼效率。
Lawsuit efficiency is the necessary demand of fair program and it is an important standard to judge it. The principle of fair program requires to improve the lawsuit effciency by means of program design.
