摘要
国内房地产市场目前存在着经营不规范 ,消费环境滞后等现象 ,给国民经济发展造成不良影响。必须从房地产业和金融业两个方面加以解决 。
The nonstandard management of our real estate market and the hysteresis of consuming environment result in bad effect on the development of national economy.Measures must be taken in both real estate and finance circles to prevent the recurrence of harmful loan.
