摘要
造成我去国国企产权结构单一化的原因在于社会资本向企业资本转化的机制缺位。产权结构多元化,既是现代企业制度建立的需要,同时也是我国经济增长方式转变的客观要求,既决定了我国国有企业资本生成的效率,也决定了资本生成源的多少。
The cause of single structure of our state-owned enterprises lies in the lack of transitional mechanism from social capital to enterprise capital. The pluralism of property right is both the need of contemporary enterprise system and the objective demands of transformation of our economic growth, which decides both the effect of our state-owned enterprise capital production and how much the sources of capital production.
