摘要
以某地方工科院校为个案,运用SPSS对其课堂教学质量测评数据进行宏观层面、中观层面和微观层面的统计分析,结果表明:该校教学质量总体水平较高,但各教学单位和教师个体间的课堂教学质量存在显著性差异。应加强系级管理和教师队伍建设,调动教师积极性。
Take a polytechnic institute as an example,then analyze its class teaching quality from macro,medium and micro level with SPSS. The results show that the overall teaching quality is quite high,but the individual u-nits and teachers are obviously different. We should strengthen the management of all departments and the establishment of teaching ranks and give full play to teachers.
