University freshmen are characterized with the loss of pride, depressed mood, weak adaptability and blindness in their study, etc. We should make comprehensive analysis, instruct in accordance with their characteristics, fully understand and frequently instruct them as well as strengthen exploration and promote management system to promote the work in freshmen.
