摘要
实行学分制有利于大学生的发展,有利于学生主体地位的回归和自我意识的增强,有利于培养学生创新精神等。同时给学生教育管理工作带来挑战。适应学分制,可采取通过导师制加强大学生教育管理工作,加强班集体建设,提升学生宿舍的教育管理功能等教育管理方法。
The carrying out of credit system in university is beneficial to the development of students,the enhancement of self-sense and the cultivation of their creative spirit and also brings challenge to the work of students' educational management. We should stress the work of educational management and the establishment of class as a collective to adapt to the credit system.
