摘要
日本在推进高等教育大众化的过程中,积累了不少成功经验,如重视建立高等教育与经济发展的良性循环,积极顺应民众的教育热情,大力发展私立高等教育,推进高等教育的多样化,不断完善高等教育法规等。
In the process of promoting higher education popularity in Japan, a lot of experiences are accumulated, such as attaching importance to the healthy cycle between establishing higher education and economical development, devoting major efforts to private higher education, gradually perfecting the laws and regulations of higher education.
