摘要
素质教育是全民族、全社会、全方位的教育,面对当前教育体制、教育模式和教学方法中存在的应试教育倾向,我们应转变教育观念,把教学主体从老师纠正到学生身上;改进教育模式和教学方法,接受和充分利用现代化的教学设备、方式;制订科学完善的考核方法,检验教学效果,保护和发挥教师的创造性。
Quality-oriented education is the whole nation,the whole society,omnidirectional education, the trend of examoriented education existing in present structure of education,the educational pattern and teaching method.We should change the idea of educating,that's the teaching subject should be shifted from teachers to students.Reform the educational pattern and teaching method,accept and fully utilize modernized teaching equipment make up scientific examing method to test teaching effect,protect and bring the teachers into full play.
