骨组织工程中骨髓基质细胞研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 应用组织工程学方法修复骨不连、骨缺损等骨形成障碍疾病已成为该类疾病治疗发展的趋势。种子细胞的获取、选择和培养是组织工程的基本要素和最为重要的环节之一。本文就目前骨髓基质细胞(AtromalCellofBoneMarrow)生物学特性的研究,有关移植实验的进展及其临床应用现状与前景作一综述。
