摘要
目的采用芬氟拉明FT和不同剂量清脂片CLT干预肥胖,观察对肥胖雄鼠心指数和心肌毛细血管密度MCD的改变。方法高脂饲料诱发Wistar雄鼠肥胖18周,肥胖干预4周。结果FT和CLT使肥胖雄鼠心指数和MCD明显增高。结论大剂量CLT增高肥胖雄鼠心肌毛细血管密度的作用较明显。
Objective The present study intervened obesity by fenfluramini tabellae and different doses CLT respectively, and observed the effects of the different ways on heart index and myocardial capillaries density of male obesity rats. Methods The study induced obesity 18 weeks by high fat diet in male rats, then divided obesity rats into a few groups to intervene the obesity 4 weeks by the different intervention. Results The result revealed a significant increase in FT group and CLT groups compared with model group in following indexes as heart index and myocardial capillaries density. Conclusion These results indicated that the effect of high dose CLT on heart index and myocardial capillaries density of male obesity rats should be more efficient than others.
