摘要
Background： Psychology has developed in China over 80 years, but its system is not very perfecting.Psychological worker may suffer from severe problems while facing press in their life and work, because they are not only an expert but also ordinary person. A hostess of psychology hotline in the south of China suicide herself since not bearing pressure to come from plentiful problems of patients. In fact, She has changed a patient with severe psychological disorder by a psychological worker. If she had psychological supervision to help in those years in time, and she wound can not selet death on this road.
Objective： The psychological supervision is necessary in psychology field and psychological work. It is an important method to solve patient's problems, to lighten psychological pressure themselves. The psychological supervision helps patients and psychological worker with putting up new psychological immunity and defending mechanism.
