摘要
目的了解医院外科系统抗生素应用情况,以促使临床医师合理使用抗生素。方法对某院外科系统2003年10月份1309份出院病例中有关抗生素的使用情况进行调查分析。结果抗生素使用率达96.6%[1],联合用药率70.3%,其中两种抗生素联合使用占56%,三种抗生素联合使用占42%,在抗生素的使用中以青霉素类、头孢菌素类较多。结论合理应用抗生素可有效地防治细菌感染,滥用抗生素不但造成浪费,更严重的是导致耐药菌株的产生,给感染性疾病治疗带来困难。
Objective To know about the situation of antibiotics applied in the surgical system of hospitals ,so as to urge the clinicians to use antibiotce ralionally.Methods Carrying out the investigation and analysis on 1390 cases of patient medical records in October, 2003 for the application of antibiotics in the surgical system of certain hospital.Results The utilization tatio of antibiotics reaches 96.6%[1],and that of combined drug use is 70.3%,among which two kinds of antibiotics combined occupies 56%,and three kinds of antibiotics combined is 42%;and among the utilization of antibiotics ,penicillin and cephalosporin are mostly used.Conclusion Rational application of drugs can effectively prcvent and cure bacterial infection ,while abuse of antibiotics will not only bring about waste,but also result in the generation of tolerant bacterial strains ,which bring abut difficulties to cure infcotious diseascs.
