摘要
在现代,女性参与高等教育取得了很大进展,但是仍然面临着严峻的挑战,主要来自自身观念、社会传统习俗、国家有关政策规定和高校小环境的影响。高等学校担负着培养和输送高素质高层次女性人才的重要职能,其中女性人才的可持续发展更为重要。为此,提出一些对策性建议,以期引起决策部门重视。
In modern society, the females have made great progress in participating in higher education, but they are still faced withrigorous challenges, which are from their own ideas, the traditional social custom, the country's relative policies and stipulation and thesmall environments of colleges and universities of higher learning. Colleges and universities of higher learning are responsible for theimportant task of cultivating the high quality female talents. The sustainable development of high quality female talents is especiallyimportant. So, some countermeasure suggestions given in the article are expected to be attached importance to by decision-makingdepartments.
