摘要
目的 探讨液氮低温冷冻对耳廓假性囊肿的治疗价值。方法 对20年间液氮低温冷冻治疗的830例(842耳)耳廓假性囊肿资料进行分析。结果 842耳全部治愈,其中一次治愈512耳(60.8％),两次288耳(34.2％),无感染及耳廓畸形。结论 该方法是一种简单实用、安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the cryotherapy for auricle pseudocyst. Method The clinical data of totally 830 cases (842 ears) with auricle pseudocyst treated by cryotherapy were collected and analyzed. Result All cases in this series were cured by ciyotherapy. The 512 ears were cured with once time (60.8%), and 288 ear were cured with twice time (34.2%). There was no case infected or resulted in auricle abnormality. Conclusion The cryotherapy is a safe and effective technique for the auricle pseudocyst.
