摘要
从论述班级在大学教育中的职能入手 ,探讨和分析了班级建设的主要内容 ,包括学风建设、思想建设、制度建设和骨干队伍建设。并根据高校教育的自身特点及对实践工作经验的总结 。
From the functions that a class performs in higher education, the author discusses and analyzes the major elements for class construction, and puts forwards systematic models for class operation in accordance with the characteristics of higher education, and personal experience in practical work.
