摘要
培养学生掌握工程的概念、观点与方法 ,具备解决实际问题的工程能力 ,是化工原理课程教学的主要目的。作者结合教学实践 ,总结出具体的工程观点与方法 ,以及工程能力的内涵 ,使教师和学生更加明确各自的教学及学习目的。
The main aims of teaching Chemical Engineering Principle are to cultivate the students' ability to grasp the ideas, viewpoints and methods of engineering and the ability to deal with practical problems on chemical engineering. Combined with their teaching experiences, this paper summarizes the concrete viewpoints, methods and meaning about chemical engineering, and it makes teachers and students understand the aims of teaching and learning respectively.
