摘要
针对目前我国对提高电能质量监测水平的迫切要求,通过对电能质量各项指标及标准的研究,结合电能质量监测装置的要求,提出适合电能质量监测装置的测量算法。详细给出了国家标准规定的五项电能质量指标算法。并利用Matlab的仿真功能和计算功能对算法进行了仿真及验证。
In aiming at the urgent requirement for supervisory system for power quality, researching power quality indicators and standards, combining of power quality monitoring device requirements, author proposed power quality monitoring device for measuring the algorithm. Details are given of the five national standards for power quality indicators algorithm. And make use of the Matlab emulation and calculation function to have been in progress to the algorithm simulating and verifying.
