摘要
2009年高考是福建省新课改后的第一次高考,高考英语试卷对福建省英语课程改革有着特殊的意义,因其命题质量关系到新课改的平稳过渡问题。通过对试卷考点设置的综合分析,有效揭示了英语考试说明的命题指导思想充分贯彻于命题实践中并达成了意愿与现实的统一。
