摘要
当前,"海峡西岸"的区域化优势日趋明显,产业结构调整、人才队伍建设以及高校内涵建设,都对福建高校的专业结构调整提出了新的要求。由于新建院校多、新办专业多、新开课程多、新进教师多,福建高校的专业结构还不能完全适应海峡西岸经济结构调整的需要。因此,必须从加强紧缺急需专业建设、健全宏观调控机制、建立内部调整机制以及提高专业建设水平等方面进行优化,努力形成具有区域特色的,既能适应人才市场需求,又能发挥规模效益的专业布局结构。
