摘要
目的:建立经口内途径的下颌支垂直骨切开术(IVRO)动物模型,为正颌外科的基础研究提供良好的实验平台。方法:选用恒河猴建立IVRO动物模型。结果与结论:成功建立了恒河猴IVRO模型,为IVRO的生物力学及组织形态学研究提供了实验基础。
Aim:To set up an animal model of intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy(IVRO)so as to provide a satisfactory experimental platform for the fundamental study of orthognathia.Methods:Macaca rhesus was chosen to set up the IVRO animal model.Results and Conclusion:The animal model of IVRO was established successfully,which provided experimental foundation for biomechanics,histology and morphology studying of IVRO.
