摘要
为寻求经济增长下国民经济总体产业结构和资源公平性间的均衡,笔者构建了一个关于中央资源分配的优化理论模型,发现理论上存在以中央资源分配系数调整为条件的均衡路径。考察1988年～2007年间的经济发展指标,联立方程计量实证表明,产业结构和公平性随中央资源的分配反向变动,使均衡路径的存在成为可能;公平性与经济增长呈正向关系,这是不同于现有文献的一个新结论;由于自身的Logistic增长特性,产业结构以0.7为饱和点,这是本文的另一新结论。
To find the tradeoff route between the general industy structure of national economy and resource equity in the condition of economic growth, the authors develop an optimized theoretical model for the distribution of central resources and find that there is a tradeoff route theoretically which can be attained by adjusting the distribution coefficient of the central resources.
