本文论述了19世纪后期英国在与俄国争夺中亚期间,逐步侵占坎巨提的过程、所采用的手段及相关的中英交涉。
Kanjut is one of the Qing government's vassal states.This paper discusses the process of invading and occupying Kanjut,the methods used,and the related negotiations made between China and Britain in the late 1800s when Britain and Russia were struggling for the Middle Asia.
