摘要 镦粗问题是一个包含着接触非线性、几何非线性、材料非线性三方面的非线性的复杂问题,因此应力分析如果只用主应力方法来解,只能近似地解决简单的问题。ABAQUS是功能很强的非线性有限元CAE软件之一,本文用ABAQUS对长矩形坯料的镦粗问题进行了分析,计算了坯料内部的应力和变形,结果表明计算的应力与理论解只有在较大的塑性变形时才符合很好,这是因为理论解没有考虑弹性性质。坯料边界最大应力σymax与平砧位移Δh之间的关系曲线上存在一个明显的拐点,该拐点是坯料进入全屈服的一个标志。 Analysis of upsetting is a complicated problem including three types of nonlinearity: contact nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and geometry nonlinearity. Therefore, mean stress method can only be solved simple problems approximately. ABAQUS is one of powerful CAE software for finite element method with a strong nonlinear function. It is used to analyze upsetting of a long rectangular blank in this paper and the results of stress and deformation in the blank are given. The results show that stress got in this paper are fit very well to the theoretical solution[1] only at a larger plastic deformation. This is because elasticity is not considered in the theoretical solution. There is an obvious inflexion at maximum stresses σ ymaxof blank boundary vs. displacement Δh of the flat anvil curve. This inflexion is a sign of which the blank gets into whole yield state.
